Conditions of Access The Card Holder I/we the parties named in this Registration agree to the following conditions of Access to Toop&Toop’s Secure Inspections: a) Provide accurate registration information b) Show this Buyer’s Copy AccessCard Registration, for express access to Secure Inspections, only until the receipt of the issued AccessCard c) At all times show respect for the property and privacy of the occupant d) Take responsibility for the good behaviour of children and members of our group e) Either not enter or leave immediately (the property) if requested by the vendor/agent f) Either complete part A of this form for each Secure Inspection or apply for a personal AccessCard for express access. g) Confirm and acknowledge that the mobile telephone number I/we have provided is a number connecting to a mobile telephone within my/our own possession or control and which is used for my/our own personal and/or business use. When AccessCard is issued: i) Surrender the card if requested by Toop&Toop ii) Maintain control of the card at all times iii) Destroy or return the card when no longer required I/we agree to not rely on information in Toop marketing and to always seek independent advice. Participating Sales Agent The sales agent will provide express access to the card holder at property viewings displaying the Secure Inspection logo. The sales agent will never harass or cause nuisance to the card holder, and therefore only call with information of value to the card holder.
