Thomas Crawford ranked among Australia’s elite agents

Toop&Toop Sales Partner Thomas Crawford continues to build on his reputation as a rising star of Australian real estate after being recognised by one of the industry’s most respected national resources.

Crawford is one of only four South Australian agents to be included in the Top 50 of the Real Estate Business (REB) Dealmakers 2020 rankings, a list that recognises Australia’s top-performing agents.

Now in its fourth year, the REB Dealmakers list provides a benchmark for agents, giving nationwide recognition of those excelling in their area of operation.

A range of metrics are used to determine the ranking, including volumes, year-on-year growth and consistency of performance.

“This honour is further testament to Thomas’s amazing work ethic and professionalism,” Toop&Toop Owner/Director of Residential Sales, Bronte Manuel, said.

“Thomas leaves no stone unturned in achieving the best result for his clients.

“His tenacity – combined with a deep knowledge of his local area – has enabled him to continually achieve outstanding results.

“We’re immensely proud of his achievements and I’m sure this won’t be the last time Thomas is recognised as a leader in the property industry.”

Crawford, the No.1 agent on realestate.com.au in Croydon and West Croydon, said he was humbled by his position on REB’s Top 50 list.

“I don’t sell homes to win awards, but it’s nice to know my hard work is paying off,” Crawford said.

“I love working in the real estate industry and helping South Australians on their real estate journey, whether they’re buying their first home or selling a million-dollar property.

“I’m passionate about Adelaide’s western suburbs. I’m a proud local and really enjoy immersing myself in the community. I gain great satisfaction from helping people buy and sell homes in the area.”

Emma Ryan, deputy head of content at Momentum Media, said it was even more significant to make the 2020 list, considering the impact of coronavirus.

“The past year has been unlike any other for real estate agents, with this list offering insight into the agents going above and beyond, despite the challenges being presented by the COVID-19 pandemic and thus, the need to adapt to a new service offering,” Ryan said.

“On behalf of REB and Momentum Media, I would like to congratulate this year’s top 50 dealmakers.”

The data collected for the REB Dealmakers 2020 was verified by a senior member of the agency or network or the office’s accountant.
