How do I log in?

What are my log in details?

Please use the primary email address we communicate with you on. It will be the same email address where you receive all communications from your property manager. If you are unsure, please chat with our team.

Do I lodge maintenance requests here?

Yes, all maintenance is logged through TOOP HOME. The smarts built into TOOP HOME will even help triage maintenance requests and give you advice regarding safety and dangerous situations.

Can I see the status of my maintenance requests?

You will be able to see the status of all current requests and be able to view completed requests.

What is Wellness At Home?

Our trainer takes you through workout videos you can do in the comfort and privacy of your own home, without need for equipment. We also have content for the kids – story time sessions and make at home crafts like cloud dough and puffy paint.
