Friendly, down-to-earth and always up for a good laugh, Karen brings 13 years of Property Management experience — and a genuine passion for people — to everything she does.

Karen’s approach is simple: she strives to provide the same level of service, care and communication that she would expect to receive herself. Whether she’s working with a landlord or helping a tenant find their next home, she believes that building genuine relationships and treating people with respect makes all the difference.

Having worked across both Property Management and Finance, Karen loves the variety her role brings. No two days are ever the same, and she enjoys the challenge of constantly learning something new. She still remembers the very first tenants she ever housed, which says a lot about the personal connection she has with her work.

What does Karen love most about TOOP+TOOP? The people! She values the strong focus on culture, support and relationships, and loves coming to work surrounded by friendly faces and a team that genuinely looks out for one another.

When she’s not at work, you’ll most likely find Karen pottering around the garden, cheering on her kids from the sidelines, spending time with family — or simply enjoying a good laugh.
