The Golden Gavel success made him the award’s youngest ever winner, while he’s also the only auctioneer to win the SA title in four consecutive years.
Vincent Doran is quickly establishing himself as one of the state's brightest young auctioneers.
Crowned the 2019 SA and Australasian Schools Auction Champion, he was also a finalist in this year's Apollo Auctions Competition.

Vincent is passionate about auctioneering and already has many fond memories.
"There's one auction in particular that delivered a great storyline" Doran said.
"A young chap arrived out of the blue to our auction, registered and ended up buying the property on the day under the hammer.
"As we were putting the sold sticker up, he got down on one knee and proposed to his now fiancé!
"So he bought the family home and wasted no time making her the lady of the house!"

With an 87 per cent clearance rate as auctioneer, an average sale price of $1,416,000, and a record sale price of $2,707,000 ($727,000 above reserve in a marathon 40-minute auction with 70 bids), Glenn is honing his skills and delivering excellent results for his vendors.
His rapid rise was confirmed with victory in the 2023 Golden Gavel Rising Star Award.
