The current housing shortage has forced many South Australians into homelessness, and this number is rising every day.

As a business leader, and a passionate South Australian, my team and I want to do something to help. The feeling of safety, of having a home to return to each day, is something we all should have access to. 

At TOOP+TOOP we help house thousands of tenants in South Australia every year and we believe everyone should have a safe place to call home. Our goal is to provide 200 additional homes to those who are sleeping rough by 2025.

TOOP+TOOP Property Management donates a percentage of our profits each month to local organisations supporting this goal. This year we have partnered with Catherine House and Hutt Street Centre.  We invite our renting community to join us by adding a small donation to their weekly rent or management fee.

Tenants can elect to participate by adding $1, $3 or 5 to their weekly rent and our Landlords have the opportunity to contribute through their monthly fees.
