With interest rates rising in 10 out of 12 months, property owners, potential buyers, and even seasoned real estate agents leaned into uncertainty. However, amidst this, our TOOP+TOOP team was the brand that over 1,422 families relied upon to help them.

We're proud to have set numerous suburb records this year, further strengthening our position as the leading agency in South Australia with the most suburb records. With 51 suburb benchmarks to our name, we're committed to continually setting new standards for house prices in South Australia.
