After completing a degree in Agricultural Business, Hayes worked in Wine Marketing and Public Relations at BRL Hardy before returning to the family business in the Barossa.
He held sales and marketing roles before ascending to Partner and Managing Director of renowned Lindsay Park Stud in 2005.
With 17 years’ experience managing a family business, Sam was able to develop a depth of skills in people management, sales, marketing and client relations.
His reputation in the bloodstock industry is built on a foundation of integrity and respect, enabling him to establish significant long-term relationships.
