What are my log in details?

Please use the primary email address we communicate with you on. It will be the same email address where you receive all communications from your property manager. If you are unsure, please chat with our team.

What information can I see?

You will see a range of information including maintenance, upcoming inspections, rental payments, expenses, your property managers details, key dates and important documents.

When will my financial data be updated, for example, when will I see if a tenant has paid their rent?

You can see your financial data in TOOP HOME as soon as a transaction is processed. No more waiting until the end of the month!

Can I see my properties maintenance within this platform?

Yes you can! You can easily navigate to the jobs board on your home page or alternatively you can go into the Request Overview page.

Can I see when tenants rent is paid to?

You can see where your tenants have paid up to via the transactions panel and on the informational panel about your investment property.

Where can I see my statements?

You can easily navigate to the documents board as you scroll down your home page. You will see all your valuable documents and statements here.

Will I still receive mid month and end of month statements?

Absolutely. You will still receive your statements via email. Your statements will also appear in your TOOP HOME platform.

Is my information secure?

Protecting your personal information is very important to us. Your information is encrypted and secure as per industry standards.
