Protect your biggest asset
At Toop&Toop we have clients living overseas, first time landlords, clients who live next door to their rental property and landlords who are seasoned investors with large portfolios. We are here to help lighten your load, no matter what type of investor you are.
We have a dedicated team who are experts on looking after your rental property, and often this involves some detective work. Over three decades, we’ve gotten very good at knowing exactly what to look out for – such as signs for unofficial fur babies residing at the property or the sixth roommate in a two bedroom unit.
There’s nothing we love more than hearing from new clients that they are no longer worried about their rental property. That they can let go completely, with the comfort that they can find out as much or as little information as they like, whenever they like.
Here are just some of the things we are known for:
Mid tenancy inspections
We conduct mid tenancy inspections at your rental to keep an eye on how your tenant is looking after your property. You’ll have a photographic report the same day, including our notes and recommendations.
Custom maintenance programs
You can organise regular maintenance programs for pool and gutter cleaning or gardening. These packages are 100% customisable and can be changed or cancelled at any time.
Keeping you compliant
We offer a range of compliance packages to make sure you don’t miss your annual smoke alarm or gas heater checks.
Auto warnings and caution alerts
If there is a maintenance issue at your property that could be dangerous to tenants, our maintenance app, ToopFIX provides a number of automated warnings, cautionary alerts and prompts to make sure your tenant is given important safety information there and then.
Stay up to date with the changes in legislation and have comfort that our team are qualified and complete regular training conducted by the leading industry body.
Draw on our experience when things don’t go to plan
We have a senior Corporate Support team that oversees South Australian Civil Administration Tribunal (SACAT) hearings. Our CEO was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2017 and provides guidance to the team if and when required.
